It’s got a strong single piece core made from PVC and a polyester outer shell. This Filbur FC-3110 swimming pool filter and spa filter will purify the water and let water flow through it evenly and easily. The FC-3110 is treated with antimicrobial substances which prevent mold growth and bacteria from developing. Any bacteria get trapped in the outer layer of the filter.
